It features gathers along the front neckline and a keyhole opening with a ribbon tie at the back of the neck. You can make a top or a dress with a drop waist and side seam pockets. You can easily extend the top to your desired length and add bias binding or a statement ruffle at the hem (described as a hack in the assembly instruction). Skill Level: Advanced
